SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The products listed on this store paodelomargaride.pt are available for mainland Portugal and islands.
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you place your order.
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by you in the identification process.
Shipments and deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6am.
We try to ensure that the products we deliver are in perfect condition and in accordance with the order you placed. However, for your safety, we recommend that you check that the outer packaging shows no signs of mistreatment or that the products have no visible transport defects.
If delivery is not possible at the indicated address or date, for reasons of your responsibility and without any attempt to reschedule, the products will return to our shop address.
The products will remain at your order for eight days for rescheduling the delivery and after this period we consider that there is customer willingness to cancel the delivery/order.
The costs of cancellation or rescheduling of the delivery, will be those arising from the captivation of stock (immobilization of the stock on your order for the period in excess), transport (return of the products to the warehouse and new displacement for delivery), administrative processes (cancellation of transport notes and invoices issued and production of new transport documents and billing) and logistics warehouse (unloading of the car, storage in the warehouse, new preparation and new loading).
We make every effort to meet the delivery deadlines we agree with our customers. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to non-delivery of the article on the confirmed date, the customer may choose to reschedule the delivery for a new date or alternatively cancel the contract at no additional cost.
The customer must verify upon receipt that the products delivered to him/her are in accordance with his/her order and with the agreed conditions of delivery and that they do not present manufacturing and transport defects.
If they do, the customer must make a note of this immediately by email to email@example.com, or refuse to accept them.
