The use of the information available on this website for consultation or the purchase of goods implies acceptance of the general conditions of use and sale detailed in the following paragraphs: By placing his or her order, the User expresses his or her full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general terms of sale shall be the only ones applicable between the two parties.
1. GENERAL DISPOSITIONS
The management and operation of the site paodelomargaride.pt, is the responsibility of the company Unipessoal, Umbelina Teresa Vieira Lopes da Conceição, with headquarters at Rua São Martinho, in the parish of Caramos in Felgueiras, with VAT number 219679002..
The following set of rules and procedures, which frame the rights and duties of your relationship with paodelomargaride.pt as a visitor or customer, in no way contradict the law in force.

3. HOW TO ORDER

4. PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS

The date for delivery of your order will be, in the limit, of 5 working days for Continental Portugal and 10 working days for the Islands.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the working days are counted from the payment confirmation.
The delivery time is Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h. For reasons that have to do with the logistical organization of deliveries and the imponderables that daily occur in the delivery circuit, it is not possible for us to schedule your delivery, for this reason we suggest that the place of delivery is the workplace or a place where there are permanently people to receive the order.
We reserve the right to remove any product appearing in the present at paodelomargaride.pt store, or to remove or eliminate any material or content of the present at paodelomargaride.pt, without prejudice to the effort to process all orders already made to date.
6. DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
The products listed on this site paodelomargaride.pt are available for mainland Portugal, islands and Europe (EU).
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you place your order.
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by you in the identification process.
Shipments and deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday from 9 am. 6 pm.
We try to guarantee that the products we deliver are in perfect condition and in accordance with the order you placed. However, for your safety, we recommend that you check that the outer packaging does not show signs of mistreatment or that the products do not have visible transport defects.
If delivery is not possible at the indicated address or date, for reasons of your responsibility and without any attempt to reschedule, the products will return to our shop address.
The products will remain at your order for eight days for rescheduling the delivery and after this period we consider that there is customer willingness to cancel the delivery/order.
The costs of cancellation or rescheduling of the delivery, will be those arising from the captivation of stock (immobilization of the stock on your order for the period in excess), transport (return of the products to the warehouse and new displacement for delivery), administrative processes (cancellation of transport notes and invoices issued and production of new transport documents and billing) and logistics warehouse (unloading of the car, storage in the warehouse, new preparation and new loading).
We make every effort to meet the delivery deadlines we agree with our customers. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to non-delivery of the item on the confirmed date, the customer may choose to reschedule the delivery for a new date or alternatively cancel the contract at no additional cost, being refunded all amounts delivered under the terms indicated in point 10.
The customer must verify upon receipt that the products delivered to him/her are in accordance with his/her order and with the agreed conditions of delivery and that they do not present manufacturing and transport defects.
If they do, the customer must immediately make a note of this by email to email@example.com, or refuse to accept them.
Payment is always the total amount of the purchase. To pay the amount of the order, the customer must make payment via bank transfer or through the means available on the store paodelomargaride.pt.
Payments by bank transfer must be made within 15 days, and the order is cancelled if not paid within this period.
The products sold on paodelomargaride.pt that are purchased by "final consumers", meaning "those to whom goods are supplied, services provided or any rights transmitted, intended for non-professional use by a person exercising an economic activity with the purpose of obtaining benefits", benefit from a warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with Portuguese legislation transposing Directive No. º 1999/44/CE, of the European Parliament and Council, of 25 May, on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees.

In order to exercise the rights referred to in the previous point, the consumer must report the lack of conformity within a period of two months from the date on which it was detected.

10. RETURNING PRODUCTS

We are aware, however, that in the thousands of products we handle and the many customers we serve on a daily basis, anomalies may occur. We undertake to resolve them quickly, within the legal framework and within our means.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and remind you that for a quicker resolution of your case, you should pay attention to the simple act of receiving and checking that the outer packaging does not show signs of mistreatment or that the products do not have visible transport defects. We recommend opening the packaging by the indicated areas and keeping the products in a cool, dry place.

The customer has the right to return the purchased products whenever it is verified that the delivered products present deficiencies caused by the transport to the location, detected by the customer on the date of reception.
In the scope of the right of free resolution (DL n.º143/2001, artº. 6) the customer can return the products without having to justify the reason for the return, as long as he/she expresses his/her intention by registered letter sent to our company headquarters within 14 days after receiving the order. In this case the return is considered to be the customer's responsibility.
Product returns are made under the following conditions:
» The customer must ask us to pick up the article at the address where it was delivered.
» According to the DL n.º143/2001, artº 8 nº1 we will debit the corresponding cost of the services of collection of the returned products.
» The client agrees to keep the products he/she wishes to return in the condition in which they were delivered, with the original packaging in good condition.
» The returned products must not have been partially consumed.
Whenever refunds of amounts paid by the customer are due, we will make every effort to ensure that they are made as quickly as possible and in no more than 15 days.
Amounts paid will be refunded by bank transfer to the accounts from which the payments were made or indicated by the client.
12. LITIGATION AND LIABILITY
For any dispute arising from the application of these general conditions of use and sale will have jurisdiction of the Judicial Court of Felgueiras (Portugal), waiving any other.
13. SUGGESTIONS, COMPLAINTS AND COMMENTS
We seek to permanently improve the service provided to the customer and therefore we thank you in advance for all constructive contributions to improve our service.
To allow a personalized and constructive treatment of your suggestions, complaints, opinions and comments we always ask that you register as a client.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
