Beyond Land Acknowledgment

In recognition of the quality of our products and the work developed over the years, we have kept the recipe and method of handmade production unchanged, our house belongs to the Confraria Gastronómica do Pão do Ló Tradicional. We have the responsibility of promoting the preservation of cultural heritage, in this case the Traditional Sponge Cake, which is based on old family recipes.

In 2018, at our very first participation, our products won the Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards in the United Kingdom. In the Great Taste Awards held in Portugal, we competed not only with Pão de Ló de Margaride, but also with Cavacas de Margaride and Lérias. Our company was the only one to win the Trio with 3 gold stars for all the products entered in the competition. In the same year, we won the Gold Medal Award in the 7th National Competition of Special Christmas Cakes. In 2019, we won the Gold Star with Lérias and Pão de Ló de Margaride, at the Great Taste Awards, in the United Kingdom. In 2020 and 2021, we will regain the Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards, in the United Kingdom.

It is with great pride that we see the quality of our products recognised and highlighted once again.
